The International Journal of Law and Business Studies (IJLBS) is a fully open-access journal. All published scholarly articles are freely available online immediately upon publication.
No subscription, payment, or registration is required to read or download the full text. No embargo period applies.
Access and Use
Readers may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, and link to the full text of published articles. Articles may also be crawled for indexing, passed as data to software, and used for other lawful purposes in accordance with the applicable open licence.
Separate permission from the authors or journal is not required for uses permitted by that licence.
Open Access Licence
Scholarly articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Licence (CC BY 4.0). This licence permits sharing and adaptation, including commercial use, subject to appropriate attribution and the other licence conditions.
The conditions governing use and reuse are explained on the journal’s Licensing Terms page. Any third-party material identified as being subject to separate terms must be used in accordance with those terms or applicable legal exceptions.
Copyright ownership and the rights granted to the journal are addressed separately in the Copyright Terms.
Publication Charges
Free access for readers is separate from any publication charges payable by authors. Applicable author charges are disclosed on the Publication Fee (APC) page. These charges do not restrict readers’ access to published articles.
